  Ballet Buddies Ballet Buddies is a community outreach program of Ballet Arts of Jackson designed to bring the joy of dance and movement to school and community groups. Representatives (or guests) of Ballet Arts travel to schools and other venues to present short workshops for children. In June 2004, Ballet Buddies workshops were conducted by guest teacher Nora Cherry of Nashville. Ms. Cherry traveled to several area summer programs to introduce youngsters to creative movement. The next scheduled Ballet Buddies workshops will be April 14-17, 2008, in West Tennessee schools. Rosalie Bent Branigan, nationally acclaimed instructor in the arts, will conduct these workshops for children. Interested schools should call 731.668.7353 for more information or to register. Join us for a day of enhancing our worship with Rosalee Branigan. This workshop is for anyone who has a love for the arts in worship.
