MISSION STATEMENT
Ballet Arts develops and inspires youth by providing access to the art of classical ballet.
VISION STATEMENT
Ballet Arts exists to provide the youth of West Tennessee with an opportunity to develop character, life skills, integrity, and independence through the study of and participation in classical ballet. We strive to enrich the cultural life of the community through outstanding performances and outreach programs. Ballet Arts seeks to cultivate a learning environment based on tolerance and trust and one that values diversity among its students, faculty, staff, volunteers, and patrons.

Filing a grievance
To file a grievance, please call, email, or mail the Company Culture and Diversity Chairman (see information below) at Ballet Arts with the following information:
If you need additional assistance in filing out the above information, you may delegate another person to file the grievance on your behalf, or ask for assistance the Ballet Arts Company Culture and Diversity Chairman.
Process
The Chairman will inform the Ballet Arts President and Artistic Director of the grievance. Next, the Chairman will contact the individual filing the grievance and hold an informal conversation either in person or over the phone to gather the facts. Third, the Chairman will investigate the grievance and prepare a written response indicating findings within 30 days from the date of the filing.
